Sec. 11. Upon discharge of a watcher under section 10 of this chapter, the circuit court clerk shall immediately appoint another watcher named by the attorney-in-fact. The new watcher has the same powers and duties as the watcher originally appointed and is entitled to credentials from the clerk.
