Expiration of certification; renewal

Sec. 4. The designation of an individual as a certified election worker expires January 1 of the second year following the individual's certification. The individual's certification may be renewed by the secretary of state after compliance with the requirements for renewal established under this chapter.   IC 3-6-7 Chapter 7.
