Indiana Code § 3-6-6-28

Eligibility for compensation; compliance with certain statutes

Sec. 28. A member of a precinct election board is entitled to compensation under sections 25 and 26 of this chapter only if the member complies with the requirements of: (1) IC 3-12-2-7 ; (2) IC 3-12-3-10 ; and (3) IC 3-12-3.5-4 . A person who violates IC 3-12-2-7 , IC 3-12-3-10 , or IC 3-12-3.5-4 , as determined by the county election board, may not be selected to serve as a member of a precinct election board in the county where the person committed the violation for five (5) years after the date of the violation.
