Sec. 4. The combined board is comprised of the following five (5) members: (1) The county chairmen of the major political parties of the county shall each appoint two (2) members of the board. Members of the board appointed under this subdivision must be voters of the county and serve a term of two (2) years or until their successors are appointed. (2) The circuit court clerk, who is an ex officio member of the board.
