Duty to furnish names and addresses of precinct committeemen and vice committeemen

Sec. 10.5. The county chairman of a major political party shall, upon the request of a person who is serving in an elected office (as defined in IC 3-5-2.1-34 ), provide to that person the name and address of the precinct committeeman and vice committeeman of that party for each precinct in the county.   IC 3-6-3 Chapter 3.
