Sec. 2.5. (a) The election division shall prescribe a statement known as the "Absentee Voter's Bill of Rights". (b) The Absentee Voter's Bill of Rights must be in a form prescribed by the election division and include the following: (1) A statement summarizing the rights and responsibilities of the voter when casting and returning the absentee ballot. (2) A summary of Indiana and federal laws concerning providing assistance to the voter, completion of the ballot in secret, intimidation of voters, and the return of the absentee ballot to the county election board. (3) Information concerning how to report violations of the absentee ballot and election laws.
