Referral of violation to prosecuting attorney

Sec. 5. If a county election board determines that a person has knowingly violated a provision of this chapter, the county election board may refer the matter to the prosecuting attorney as a violation of IC 3-14-3-4 (obstruction of a voter).   IC 3-5-5 Chapter 5.
