Sec. 3. Except as permitted in a primary election under IC 3-10-1 , a person may not challenge the right of an individual to vote at an election in the precinct solely on the basis of the individual's: (1) actual or perceived affiliation with a political party; or (2) support or opposition to a candidate or the adoption of a public question.
