Election day duties of the circuit court clerk

Sec. 14. (a) The office of the circuit court clerk must remain closed on primary election day and general election day. However, the circuit court clerk shall perform the duties required by this title to conduct elections on primary election day and general election day.       (b) Notwithstanding any other law, the circuit court clerk is not required to perform on primary election day and general election day a duty other than conducting elections.
