Indiana Code § 3-5-2.1-98

"Testing authority"

Sec. 98. "Testing authority" means an independent test authority or independent laboratory: (1) as described in the Voting System Standards issued by the Federal Election Commission on April 30, 2002; or (2) accredited under Section 231 of HAVA (52 U.S.C. 20971).
