"Signing the poll list"

Sec. 96. "Signing the poll list" means: (1) a voter writing the voter's name on the certified list of registered voters for the precinct prepared in accordance with IC 3-7-29-1 ; or (2) a voter writing the voter's name on an electronic poll book using an electronic signature pad, tablet, or other signature capturing device at a polling place, office of the circuit court clerk (under IC 3-11-10-26 ), or satellite office (as established under IC 3-11-10-26.3 ) where the use of an electronic poll book is authorized in accordance with IC 3-7-29-6 .
