Indiana Code § 3-14-6-1.1

Grant of request for voter information to be used in prohibited manner; second or subsequent offense

Sec. 1.1. (a) A person who grants a request for voter registration information under IC 3-7-26.3 or IC 3-7-27 with knowledge that the information will be used in a manner prohibited by IC 3-7-26.3 or IC 3-7-27 commits a Class B infraction.       (b) A person who has previously received a judgment for committing an infraction under this section and knowingly, intentionally, or recklessly violates this section a second or subsequent time commits a Level 6 felony.
