Rights and requirements of watchers appointed by candidates

Sec. 3. (a) A candidate entitled to appoint a watcher under IC 3-6-9 may appoint a watcher at the location for counting provisional ballots.       (b) A watcher appointed under this section: (1) has the rights; and (2) must follow the requirements; set forth in IC 3-6-9 .
