Rights and requirements of appointed watchers

Sec. 2. (a) Political parties or independent candidates described in IC 3-6-8-1 may appoint watchers at a central location for counting absentee ballots.       (b) A watcher appointed under this section: (1) has the rights; and (2) must follow the requirements; set forth in IC 3-6-8 .
