Location of polls in adjoining precinct

Sec. 4.3. (a) If the county election board adopts an order by the unanimous vote of the entire membership of the board, the county election board may locate the polls for the precinct at the polls for an adjoining precinct, using the precinct election board of the adjoining precinct.       (b) An order adopted under this section expires December 31 after the date the order was adopted.       (c) If a precinct election board administers more than one (1) precinct under this section, the board shall keep the ballots cast in each precinct separate from ballots cast in any other precinct, so that the votes cast for each candidate and on each public question in each of the precincts administered by the board may be determined.
