Voter has moved to new address within same precinct; transfer of voter's registration

Sec. 25.3. If the voter makes: (1) a written affirmation on the poll list that the voter resides at an address that is within the same precinct, but not at the address shown on the poll list for the precinct; or (2) an oral affirmation of a change of address under IC 3-7-39-7 ; the county election board shall direct the county voter registration office to transfer the individual's voter registration record to the address within the precinct indicated by the voter.
