Requirements not applicable to counties that have adopted limited electronic poll book use

Sec. 10.4. (a) This section applies to a county if the county election board has adopted an order under IC 3-7-29-6 (a)(2) for the use of electronic poll books only at an office of the circuit court clerk and satellite offices established under IC 3-11-10-26.3 .       (b) Notwithstanding section 10.3 of this chapter, the county election board is not required to do either of the following: (1) Transmit information electronically from electronic poll books to precincts on election day. (2) Generate reports for watchers, political parties, or independent candidates for election day.
