Sec. 1. The legislative body of a county may establish a cumulative fund under IC 6-1.1-41 to provide funds for the purchase of ballot card voting systems, electronic voting systems, or electronic poll books. [Pre-1986 Recodification Citation: 3-2-6-1.]
