Messenger's compensation and mileage allowance

Sec. 14. If a county election board dispatches a messenger under section 13 of this chapter, the messenger is entitled to receive: (1) two dollars ($2) for time; and (2) a mileage allowance at a rate determined by the county fiscal body for the distance necessarily traveled.
