Requirements of size, quality and color, and thickness; precinct designation

Sec. 3. Each type of ballot must be: (1) of uniform size; (2) of the same quality and color of paper; (3) sufficiently thick that the printing cannot be distinguished from the back; and (4) printed with the precinct number or designation of the precinct where the ballot is used.
