Municipal elections; supplies furnished; expenses

Sec. 34. (a) If electronic voting systems are used in a municipal election, the county election board shall furnish to the municipality: (1) the requisite number of systems; and (2) all the furniture and appliances that go with the systems.       (b) However, the municipality shall pay the expenses of moving the systems and furniture to and from the polls and also for any damage or loss to the systems or furniture.   IC 3-11-14.5 Chapter 14.5.
