Sec. 3. (a) The county election board shall furnish ballot labels prepared as required by section 3.5 of this chapter. (b) The county election board shall have the ballot labels printed: (1) in black ink on clear white material; (2) in the size that will fit on an electronic system; and (3) in plain, clear type as space will reasonably permit.
