Use of system at primary election; requisites

Sec. 3. A ballot card voting system may be used at a primary election only if the automatic tabulating machines for the system will: (1) count only votes for the candidates of one (1) political party; (2) reject all votes for an office when the number of votes for the office exceeds the number that the voter is entitled to cast; and (3) reject all votes cast for candidates of more than one (1) political party.
