Sec. 16. If a voter shows the voter's ballot or a part of the ballot to another person after the ballot has been marked so as to disclose any of the candidates voted for or how the voter voted on a public question, the ballot may not be deposited in a ballot box. A record of the occurrence shall be made on the poll list, and the voter may not vote again at the election. [Pre-1986 Recodification Citation: 3-1-23-21 part.]
