Sec. 10.5. (a) At a primary election, a voter may not remain in the voting booth longer than five (5) minutes. (b) At a general, municipal, or special election, a voter may not remain in the voting booth longer than four (4) minutes. (c) If a voter refuses to leave the voting booth after the lapse of the time provided under subsection (a) or (b), the precinct election board, or the election sheriff or sheriffs upon the order of the board, shall immediately remove the voter from the booth.
