Indiana Code § 3-11-1.5-32.7

Change of boundaries of political subdivision or election district in a political subdivision does not change precinct boundaries

Sec. 32.7. (a) A precinct boundary does not change automatically whenever either of the following occurs: (1) The boundaries of a political subdivision change as the result of annexation or disannexation of territory. (2) The boundaries of an election district within a political subdivision are changed by the political subdivision.       (b) A precinct boundary may be changed only as provided in this chapter.
