Sec. 35. (a) Any voter of a town who disagrees with a decision of the town clerk-treasurer or the town election board under this chapter may appeal the decision to the county election board of the county containing the greatest percentage of population of the town before a municipal election under this chapter. (b) The appeal must be in the form of a brief written statement setting forth the grounds of the appeal, together with any documents relevant to the matter.
