Sec. 11. (a) Except as provided in subsection (c), a person who, in good faith, relies on an authorization in a supported decision making agreement or who, in good faith, declines to honor an authorization in a supported decision making agreement is not subject to civil or criminal liability or to discipline for unprofessional conduct. (b) Except as provided in subsection (c), a supporter who performs supported decision making in good faith as specified in a supported decision making agreement is immune from civil or criminal liability resulting from the adult's decision. (c) This section does not apply to a person whose act or omission amounts to fraud, misrepresentation, recklessness, or willful or wanton misconduct.
