Uniformity of interpretation

Sec. 7. This chapter shall be so construed and interpreted as to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the law in those states which enact it. Formerly: Acts 1941, c.49, s.7. As amended by Acts 1982, P.L.171, SEC.77.
