Indiana Code § 28-1-32-4

"Mutual savings association"

Sec. 4. As used in this chapter, "mutual savings association" means a savings association (as defined in 12 U.S.C. 1813(b)) that: (1) maintains its principal office in Indiana; and (2) has a mutual form of ownership.
