Indiana Code § 28-1-21.9-5.1

Primary federal regulator

Sec. 5.1. As used in this chapter, "primary federal regulator" means the federal agency primarily responsible for the regulation of: (1) savings associations (as defined in IC 28-15-1-11 ); or (2) savings association holding companies; organized under the laws of any state or the United States.
