Application of counterparty rights

Sec. 20. All rights of counterparties under this chapter apply to netting agreements and qualified financial contracts entered into on behalf of the general account or separate accounts if the assets of each separate account are: (1) available only to counterparties to netting agreements and qualified financial contracts; and (2) entered into on behalf of the separate account.   IC 27-9-4 Chapter 4.
