Sec. 5.4. If the association has arranged or offered to discharge the association's obligations under this chapter with respect to contractual obligations owed to a person entitled to coverage under this chapter: (1) the person, and any other person claiming by, through, or under the person, is not entitled to benefits from the association in addition to or other than benefits arranged or offered by the association; and (2) the association is relieved of further obligation with respect to the contractual obligations if the person rejects, declines, or otherwise fails to accept the association's arrangement or offer.
