Indiana Code § 27-8-5-16.3

"Small employer"; implementation of program for joint purchase of health insurance; rules

Sec. 16.3. (a) As used in this section, "small employer" has the meaning set forth in IC 27-8-15-14 .       (b) The commissioner and the office of the secretary of family and social services may implement a program to allow two (2) or more small employers to join together to purchase health insurance, as described in section 16(8) of this chapter.       (c) The commissioner shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 necessary to implement this section.
