"Accident and sickness insurance policy" defined

Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, "accident and sickness insurance policy" means a policy that: (1) provides the kinds of coverage described in Class 1(b) or Class 2(a) of IC 27-1-5-1 ; and (2) includes a prescription drug benefit.
