Sec. 5. Under a health insurance policy that is issued, delivered, issued for delivery, or renewed in Indiana, an organization or arrangement described in section 1(1) through 1(5) of this chapter may not refuse to designate a women's health care provider as an insured's primary care provider if the women's health care provider meets the terms and conditions for participation established by an organization or arrangement described in section 1(1) through 1(5) of this chapter under an insurance policy as a primary care physician solely because the individual physician specializes in the provision of obstetric or gynecological services.
