Sec. 34.1. Except as provided in 29 U.S.C. 1191a and 42 U.S.C. 300gg, a small employer insurer must: (1) offer to any small employer all products that are approved for sale in the small group market and that the insurer is actively marketing; and (2) accept any employer that applies for any of those products.   IC 27-8-15.5 Chapter 15.5.
