Sec. 9. (a) As used in this chapter, "state employee health plan" refers to either of the following: (1) A self-insurance program established under IC 5-10-8-7 (b). (2) A contract with a prepaid health care delivery plan that is entered into or renewed under IC 5-10-8-7 (c). (b) The term includes a person that administers prescription drug benefits on behalf of a state employee health plan.
