"Biomarker testing"

Sec. 4. (a) As used in this chapter, "biomarker testing" means the analysis of a patient's tissue, blood, or other biospecimen for the presence of a biomarker.       (b) The term includes: (1) single-analyte tests; (2) multiplex panel tests; (3) protein expression; and (4) whole exome, whole genome, and whole transcriptome sequencing.
