Sec. 2.5. (a) A member shall comply with the association's plan of operation. (b) A member assessment under section 2.1 of this chapter is due not more than thirty (30) days after the member receives written notice of the assessment. A member that pays an assessment after the due date shall pay interest on the assessment at the rate of six percent (6%) per annum.
