Sec. 11. An insurer that enters into a reinsurance agreement with the commissioner under section 9 of this chapter shall: (1) report the amounts of premiums collected, at times designated by the commissioner; and (2) present an itemized list of losses paid, including the policy number and the location of the structures, semiannually on dates selected by the commissioner.
