Indiana Code § 27-7-3-5

Capital stock

Sec. 5. The capital stock of any company engaged in business under the provisions of this chapter shall be not less than one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000), which shall be fully paid in. Formerly: Acts 1937, c.104, s.5. As amended by P.L.252-1985, SEC.251.
