Sec. 3.5. (a) A domestic corporation admitted to do business as described in section 3 of this chapter is subject to the following: (1) IC 27-1-6-21 . (2) IC 27-1-7-11 . (3) IC 27-9 . (b) A foreign corporation admitted to do business as described in section 3 of this chapter is subject to IC 27-1-17-9 .
