Indiana Code § 27-7-18-10

"Third party"

Sec. 10. (a) As used in this chapter, "third party" means a person that enters into a contract with a contracting entity or another third party to gain access to: (1) a provider network contract; (2) dental services provided pursuant to a provider network contract; or (3) contractual discounts provided pursuant to a provider network contract.       (b) The term does not include an employer or another group or entity for which the contracting entity provides administrative services.
