Sec. 2. (a) The definitions in IC 27-1-15.6-2 apply throughout this chapter. (b) All other applicable provisions of this title continue to apply to travel insurance, except that specific provisions of this chapter supersede any general provisions of law that would otherwise be applicable to travel insurance.
