Execution of contracts; attorneys; location of office of attorney

Sec. 2. Such contracts may be executed by an attorney, agent or other representative, designated in this chapter as "attorney", duly authorized and acting for subscribers as described in section 1 of this chapter. The office or offices of such attorney may be maintained at such place or places as may be designated by the subscribers in the power of attorney. Formerly: Acts 1919, c.102, s.2.
