Sec. 14. (a) Bylaws of a farm mutual insurance company may be amended by the farm mutual insurance company in accordance with the farm mutual insurance company's articles of incorporation. All amendments to the bylaws must be filed with the commissioner. (b) Bylaws of a farm mutual insurance company may not be inconsistent with this article, other applicable laws, or the farm mutual insurance company's articles of incorporation.
