Judicial review; civil enforcement orders

Sec. 7. (a) Any person required by an order of the commissioner under section 6 of this chapter to cease and desist from engaging in any unfair method of competition or any unfair or deceptive act or practice defined in section 4 of this chapter may obtain judicial review of such order under IC 4-21.5-5 .       (b) The commissioner may file a petition for civil enforcement of an order under IC 4-21.5-6 .
