Verification of information; fees

Sec. 7. (a) The commissioner may require the production of any document that is reasonably necessary to verify the information contained in an application submitted under section 5 or 6 of this chapter.       (b) The commissioner shall collect from each applicant for certification or registration under this chapter a nonrefundable application fee established by the commissioner in an amount expected to generate revenue sufficient to cover the costs incurred by the commissioner in implementing this chapter.
