Sec. 2. All information, documents, and copies of information and documents obtained by or disclosed to the commissioner or to any other person in the course of an examination or approval of a plan under this article: (1) are declared confidential for purposes of IC 5-14-3-4 (a)(1); (2) shall be given confidential treatment; (3) are not subject to subpoena; and (4) shall not be made public by the commissioner or any other person, except to insurance departments of other states with the prior written consent of the applicant.
